Communication is easy to take for granted. Nevertheless, communication is an underestimated tool at our workplaces. How we communicate with each other, is crucial to how well our organizations function and prosperous.
We people need to communicate in order to understand each other and to organize ourselves in society. It's an exchange of information that is both verbal and non-verbal. In a wider perspective, interpersonal communication is crucial for how we can contribute to collaboration with the Earth's natural forces and resources. This in a carefully balanced coherence between humans, nature and the actual planet we live and feed upon, together with science and modern technology.
In a constant emergence of new situations and complexity, the need for leadership and communication is important. To strategically practice Interpersonal communication skills will help you to be more authentic, improve your listening skills, maintain presence, build relationships and to become more self-aware.
We offer three-step modules, to enhance our Interpersonal skills and competence. Skills we use when interacting and communicating with others to help start, build, and sustain sane relationships. The first module is, Me and Myself. The second is Me and You and the third and final is Me and Beyond. 
INTERPERSONAL COMPETENCE IS OUR ABILITY TO NAVIGATE BETWEEN OUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DIALOGUE IN INTERACTION WITH OTHERS, AND TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF WHAT WE COMMUNICATE.

Everything we do and say, is essentially the result of the way we interpret our environment. It's an interaction between incoming stimuli and our internal dialogue. With greater awareness of this process and understanding of our own feelings, needs, senses and thoughts, we become more authentic and direct in how we communicate with each other. By exploring and experience the factors in the process, we are also exploring the underlying factors that drive our actions. Then we can consciously choose how we want to act in a certain situation, instead of unconsciously and impulsively react. In the long run, this contributes to our ability to handle conflicts, make decisions in complex situations, increase our cooperation skills and stimulates our creativity in the work group.

Modules

Our three-step modules takes off in our interpersonal relationships and how we communicate with each other. They aim to make our interpersonal communication visible, and thus strengthen our interpersonal competence. It helps us to cooperate, to feel participation and commitment in all parts of life. Stop

Me & Myself Here the focus is drawn to the individual, and our own experience and inner dialogue. This is where all our actions have their beginning. How can I be more authentic? We explore our feelings, needs and thoughts to find our own personal guidance.

Reflection

Me & You Here we expand our relationships further out, to focus on how we navigate between our inner dialogue while meeting others. How can we be close to others, without losing ourself? We look at obstacles and conflict management.

Move on

Me & Beyond We touch base with ourselves and how to move forward with our communication skills. To organically work as a group, and still be true to our own beliefs and purpose in life. How can we be individuals and at the same time members of a group? We look at the need for support and tools.
